A. Michel Velazquez of Velart Denver Co. has put together a special art exhibit at Dairy Block through July 31st, 2022.
Brighter Than Love is designed to share positivity through canvas, with a wide variety if captivating mixed media masterpieces featuring vibrant colors. A mix of stunning portraits and diverse animals, the paintings are decorative and imaginative examples of the exquisiteness in life. Velazquez seeks to uplift each piece into a glamorous light.
Denver-based Velazquez enjoys taking something that’s absolutely nothing and turning it into a masterpiece. After starting on cardboard, his large acrylic canvas paintings and murals now hang nationwide. His pieces send a positive message about environmental conservation, with symbols of protection, intelligence, wisdom and the divine.
Brighter Than Love will be open Friday & Saturday from 12-7PM and Sunday 12-5PM, in a space facing the Dairy Block Alley. [Closed Monday-Thursday]
