BRUTØ is celebrating Hispanic Heritage Month by hosting a special 7-course dinner created by Chef Michael Diaz de Leon and special guest Chef Byron Gomez on Tuesday, Sept 28th.
Originally from Costa Rica, Chef Gomez of Aspen’s 7908 Restaurant, was featured on Season 18 of Bravo’s hit Top Chef and has trained and worked under many industry leaders.
With the theme of Be Proud of Your Past, Embrace the Future, the evening will feature seven delicious courses paired with cocktails, all showcasing end of summer ingredients and the start of the Fall culinary season.
