Ital, meaning “vital”, comes from the Rastafarian word meaning positive energy. This is the third in a series of four dinners, hosted by Tajahi Cooke, Chef and Owner of Ms. Betty’s Cooking, supporting local farms, that Bruto is hosting.
Join Bruto for this “all Chef’s Counter” experience where we will eat a vegetarian meal and have intimate conversations with chefs and the farmers about issues within both hospitality and local agriculture. Dinner will include an appetizer, 2 courses, and a dessert. Beverage packages are optional for an additional cost.
Due to maintaining a social distancing set up, tickets are sold in a minimum of 2 tops.
