Ital, meaning “vital”, comes from the Rastafarian word meaning positive energy. This is the final dinner in a series of four dinners, hosted by Tajahi Cooke, Chef and Owner of Ms. Betty’s Cooking, supporting local farms, and put on by Bruto.
Join them for this “all Chef’s Counter” experience where you will eat a vegetarian meal and have intimate conversations with chefs and the farmers about issues within both hospitality and local agriculture. Dinner will include an appetizer, 2 courses, and a dessert. Beverage packages are optional for an additional cost.
Due to maintaining a social distancing set up, tickets are sold in a minimum of 2 tops.
