BRUTØ has pushed pause on normal services to focus on advocacy work and their commitment to greater community issues that are facing the hospitality industry and its network. They will be serving as an advocacy kitchen hosting experiences with a variety of resident chefs, their team members, and national organizations in their intimate redesigned fifteen seat chef counter in Free Market.
They are excited to announce their first “resident chef” experience with Tajahi Cooke, owner and chef of Ms. Betty’s Cooking, supporting local farms starting on Thursday, September 10th. This will be the first in a series of four dinners this Fall and space is extremely limited for each event.
BRUTØ will be donating 5% of all revenues to an organization of the chefs choosing, while buying all produce at full value from the farms for the dinner.
See below pricing details for this first dinner:
– Dinner – $75/person
– Optional Rum Pairing – $30/person
– Optional Mixed Beverage Pairing – $35/person
– NA pairing – $25/person
