Dairy Block is excited to be partnering with The FIIT Co. for the August Fit + Rock series!

The FIIT Co. will be hosting FREE fitness classes in the Alley for the entire month of August – every Saturday at 10AM:

– Saturday, August 20th
– Saturday, August 27th

The FIIT Co. classes are designed to inspire and motivate the athlete in all of us. Our classes are high-energy, high-intensity, high-focus, and will motivate you to push yourself to new levels while training for a life of adventure.
