For[a]ged – the modern Japanese-inspired kitchen & raw bar by Chef Duy Pham at Dairy Block – is hosting a four-course Wine Dinner with Jesse Katz of Aperture Cellars on Thursday, Feb. 4th.
Starting at 6 p.m., the menu for the evening includes:
• Scallops with sunchoke puree – paired with Aperture Sauvignon Blanc
• Seared bluefin tuna sashimi – paired with private label 19420 Pinot Noir
• Duck breast and foie Gras – paired with private label 19420 Red Blend
• Kangaroo unicorn flan – paired with Robert Parker Cabernet
