Orin Swift 4-Course Wine Dinner
For[a]ged at Dairy Block is hosting a 4-course Orin Swift Cellars Wine Dinner on Thursday, March 4th at 6PM.
Created by winemaker Dave Phinney, Orin Swift Cellars was established in 1998 in Napa Valley’s St. Helena. The award-winning brand is as well-known for the creative art on the front of their bottles as for the bold flavors inside.
Starting at 6PM, the evening will be lead by Phinney, with a menu including:
- 1st Course: Colorado Striped Bass with orange segments, pistachios & white soy ponzu – paired with Locations NZ Sauvignon Blanc
- 2nd Course: Hawaiian Escolar with sake soy butter marinade, crispy garlic & cauliflower – paired with Orin Swift D66 Grenache
- 3rd Course: Porcini Mushroom with dusted squab & potato ragu – paired with Locations E Spanish Red Wine
- 4th Course: Moroccan Spice Lamb Loin with garlic lentil stew, goat cheese & braised greens – paired with pours of Orin Swift Machete Red Blend and Papillion
