Dairy Block is hosting August pop-up classes with The Barre Code every Wednesday & Saturday in August, starting Wednesday, August 5th. These FREE classes will be a 50-minute total body experience in three different formats: Barre, Bootcamp & Brawl – offering a mindful, deep stretch that will leave you feeling accomplished & centered!

– Saturday, August 8th 10 AM: Brawl Cardio Kickboxing
– Wednesday, August 12th 5:30 PM: Barre
– Saturday, August 15th 10 AM: Bootcamp/HIIT
– Wednesday, August 19th 5:30 PM: Barre
– Saturday, August 22nd 10 AM: Barre
– Wednesday, August 26th 5:30 PM: Barre
– Saturday, August 29th 10 AM: Brawl Cardio Kickboxing
