Run for the Roses – The underground cocktail lair at Dairy Block – is inviting you to set sail for a beach getaway this spring when it re-opens as The Tourist!
The Tourist will pour a combination of new tropical creations and updated versions of favorite beach drinks like the Pina Colada, Mai Tai & Hawaiian Lava Flow, along with classic seaside libations inspired by Trader Vic’s Bartenders Manual: The Savoy Cocktail Book – all made with high quality and fresh ingredients.
The Tourist will be open every Thursday – Sunday, starting at 5 PM. Capacity will be restricted and guests will be limited to 75 minutes per table. No reservations needed. The tropical oasis will be running March 18th – May 1st.
“Who isn’t dreaming of some R&R on the beach right now? By making some lush changes to the décor and offering some refreshing new cocktails, we want The Tourist to become an oasis that takes people on a little mental vacation in the heart of LoDo,” said Run for the Roses founder, Steven Waters.
