Dairy Block is excited to be hosting The Wright Retrospective, a special pop-up exhibit on display from Tuesday, Jan 28 – Saturday, Feb 1 featuring the earliest inspirations and product iterations from a collective of The Wright Award contenders over the past decade.
Ten years ago, The Wright set out to celebrate outdoor-inspired, independent-minded entrepreneurs of the Mountain West. Free & open to the public, The Wright Retrospective at Dairy Block will offer an up-close look at the innovative products, sketch-ups and back of the napkin doodles from the entrepreneurial-minded dreamers and builders who create the things, invite us into and move us through the outdoors.
Coinciding with the Outdoor Retailer + Snow Show, this unique exhibition is hosted in collaboration with the Colorado Outdoor Recreation Industry Office and will feature works by recognized companies from across the state and the region.
The Wright Retrospective will also feature several special events, including:
– Opening Night Reception: Tuesday, Jan. 28th from 6 p.m. – 9 p.m.
– Book signing and Q&A with James Niehues, author of The Man Behind the Maps, and local writer Jason Blevins: Thursday, Jan. 30th from 5 p.m. – 6:30 p.m.
