Join The Art of Cheese & Blanchard Family Wines at the Dairy Block in Denver for this entertaining, educational, epicurean experience supporting the Food Bank of the Rockies!
Kate Johnson, founder of The Art of Cheese and author of Say Cheese! will teach you how to make Chevre & Fromage Blanc cheeses in an engaging and interactive presentation. While you’re learning the art and science behind cheesemaking, you’ll be sampling 4 different cheeses paired with wines selected by James Blanchard, owner of Blanchard Family Wines, who will be on hand to add to your educational experience. A portion of your ticket price will go directly to the Food Bank as will a portion of any wine purchases you make that evening.
After the cheese and wine warm-up, you may wish to stay and enjoy some of the other culinary delights available at the Dairy Block for a full evening of delicious entertainment.
