Head to Konjo Ethiopian Food on September 13th - 14th to celebrate the Ethiopian New Year with a taste of the national dish, Doro Wot! The chefs over at Konjo will be carefully preparing the dish over several hours, which is a traditional spicy, bone-in chicken stew served with a hard boiled egg.
