Handrolls and Highballs — A One-Night-Only Pop-Up at Run for the Roses with Uchi

Run for the Roses is partnering with the James Beard Award-winning team from Uchi for Handrolls and Highballs, a one-night-only underground sushi and cocktail experience.

Led by two of Uchi’s top sushi chefs, this intimate pop-up (limited to just 40 guests) will feature a refined menu of Japanese-inspired bites paired with a curated lineup of highballs and specialty cocktails from the Run for the Roses bar team including spirits from House Of Suntory and Maker's Mark

Expect elevated ingredients, inspired technique, and thoughtful pairings that celebrate both sushi craft and cocktail culture.
