Ten years after the brand’s launch, Seven Grand–the comprehensive whiskey bar that gave momentum to the nation’s craft cocktail movement–opened its doors at Dairy Block in Denver, Colorado, rounding out a portfolio which also has locations in Los Angeles, San Diego, and Austin, Texas.

Seven Grand made its debut as part of 213 Hospitality in 2007, marking a new era of imbibing with an extensive premium whiskey program. Though Seven Grand provides a selection of craft cocktails, the foundation of the bar is found upon five classic whiskey varieties, including the Old Fashioned, Sazerac, Rye Manhattan, Whiskey Sour, and Mint Julep.

Whether you’re about to get your night started or slow it down, Seven Grand is here for you. Find yourself lingering for hours on the walnut bartop working your way through the 700+ whiskeys with your barman.
